Zumba is all about fun & self-expression!

Dress comfortably
: layer up in a tank top or t-shirt, light sweater, shorts or cotton / spandex pants.

Or...Dress up! Ladies, feel free to put on make-up, earrings, fake lashes, rubber bracelets, hipscarf, whatever makes you feel sexy. Gentlemen, wear whatever makes you feel GQ'esque.

Come already dressed to work-out so you can dance the full session. No showers at all locations. Shower when you get home--please...Lol!

SHOES...Wear gym / work-out shoes with good support. Insoles highly recommended. Jazz or Ballet shoes NOT recommended--not enough arch support. Running shoes NOT recommended--mostly for forward motion. Cross-trainers are ok but Aerobic shoes are the best--they're made for lateral motion (moving side to side) because of their pivot soles. Try Ryka (Tenacity), Nike (Musiques), or Reebok (UrTempo).
