Zumba at the Berkeley Adult School (B.A.S.)

I, Kat, will be on maternity leave from September 2017 thru January 2018 but Zumba at B.A.S. will go on! The beautiful Kawanna Moffett will be teaching both Monday and Wednesday classes for Fall Terms 1 and 2.

All classes below are at 6PM and run for one hour

Oct 2, 16, 23, 30. No class Oct 9 Columbus Day.
Note: Check with Kawanna to confirm dates

Online Registration


If the "Dance" page doesn't load properly, type the link on your address bar
then go to the ‘FOR STUDENTS’ drop-down menu, click ‘Register’, click 'Register Online' button,
then click 'Dance' on the left of the screen.


You must register for the series. No drop-in's.

Refund Policy: 

Please consider your registration carefully. Refunds will be offered up to 1 business day before the start of the first class. After that, no refunds or transfer of fees will be issued unless the class is cancelled by Berkeley Adult School. No exceptions to this policy. 

A visitor's pass (good for 30 minutes) is available from the Main Office if you are unsure about the class. 

A student who misses 5 or more classes will be dropped and no refund will be issued.

Classes registered online (at www.bas.berkeley.net) may not be cancelled for refund online. You must call the office at 510-644-6130, or come to the office in person to request a refund for a class registered online.

DIRECTIONS to the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)

Enter the Student Parking Lot from San Pablo Ave. Walk up the steps to the right of the "BERKELEY ADULT SCHOOL" sign. At the top of the steps, go through one of the grey double doors. Note: The MPR is also the school's cafeteria (Bread Project Cafe).
